Sadly, it was a disaster. I did everything according to the directions, but they didn’t puff up at all. I tried on the stove and in the oven and both resulted in a sad, chewy, not at all risen piece of dough-like flatbread. One of them formed a tiny little bubble, but nothing good for gyros.
I’m sure it’s great for regular flour, but it’s a no for gluten free, unfortunately 🙁
