I have (literally) just finished eating my dinner using this recipe. Utterly delicious. I found some good quality butter beans in a glass jar (sainsburys supermarket in the UK), and followed the recipe all bar adding a little smoked paprika along with all the other herbs and spices. Served with crumbled feta added a few minutes before taking out of the oven and a chunk of sourdough bread. Yuuummmmy!

Another great one from the Mediterranean Dish! We absolutely loved this tasty dish! Had it as suggested with crusty rolls and only had a couple of spoonfuls left between the two of us. So glad it’s in my cookbook by you! Definitely will have again!
