This recipe is delicious! I followed the recipe as written except I cooked the chicken in the air fryer and served it in a bowl over cauliflower rice. Happily, I made enough for leftovers tomorrow.

I loved this so much. I made everything as is including the tzaziki sauce, Greek salad, and your hummus. This was a great reminder that thickly cut veggies dressed simply with good oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and oregano are totally delicious and so quick to prepare. The chicken had great flavor. I just needed to reduce the cooking time a tad so as not to dry out the tenders, as mine were a bit small.
