In reply to Halina Luszczynska. I am missing something? The garlic gets put into the sauce, poured on fish and then baked. So it would not be raw at that point, if baked in the oven for 10 minutes

This is one of the best fish recipes I’ve ever cooked. Super easy with ingredients I already had. My 90 year old mother absolutely hates fish and she gobbled this down like she hadn’t eaten in years and asked me for the recipe!!! I was totally prepared to make her something else but she came into the kitchen just as I was taking this out of the oven and said “Gosh that smells good, I’m hungry, let’s eat!” I told her it was fish so I could make her something else but she said no she’d try it. It’s now in the rotation along with several of your sheet pan recipes. We literally have loved every one of your recipes that we’ve tried! Thank you
